This is the single most expensive misunderstanding in roof repair, and it costs Desert Hot Springs homeowners real money every year.

Only then do we quote.

Can a tile roof be repaired, or does it need replacement?
In most cases, yes — a tile roof can be repaired individually, and replacing the whole roof because of a handful of broken tiles is usually the wrong spend. Cracked, slipped and wind-lifted tiles can be swapped and reseated one at a time. Ridge and hip mortar can be repointed in sections. Broken tiles are a symptom, not a verdict.
